Shipping policy

All orders are usually shipped within 3-5 working days of you placing the order, using UPS eCommerce, USPS or DPD depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 14 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs, postal delays. In rare cases, orders may take up to 30 days to arrive due to unforeseen delays. If your order has not been delivered within 30 days, please contact us promptly to request a refund or alternative resolution.
