Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the online order receipt or proof of purchase.

We'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The buyer is fully responsible for the product until it is safely returned to us. The product must be returned in its original condition. If the packaging has been opened, the buyer must carefully repackage the item to ensure it is properly protected during transit. Any damage caused by inadequate packaging during the return process will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right .
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Warranty Policy
We provide a 12-month limited warranty on all electric bike conversion kits, covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
1. What is Covered
The warranty applies to the following components:
Motor
Controller
Display
Battery (subject to conditions below)
Coverage is limited to manufacturing faults only.
2. What is NOT Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper electrical connections. This includes, but is not limited to:
Loose or insufficiently tightened terminal connections
Poor contact between phase wires and terminals
Such issues are considered installation-related faults, not manufacturing defects.
All electrical connections must be securely tightened and correctly installed. Failure to do so can result in overheating or damage, which is not covered under warranty.
- Normal wear and tear
- Water or weather damage
- Incorrect installation or improper use
- Damage caused by crashes, misuse, or neglect
- Modifications, including overvolting or use outside recommended specifications
- Cosmetic damage
3. Installation Requirement
All kits must be installed correctly by a competent individual.
We reserve the right to request photo or video evidence of installation before approving any warranty claim.

5. Returns & Inspection
All warranty claims require the item to be returned for inspection before any resolution is issued.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, shipping costs will be reimbursed.
If no fault is found, return shipping fees may apply.
7. Battery Warranty Conditions
Batteries are covered for:
Failure to charge
Significant performance failure
The following are not covered:
Normal capacity degradation over time
Improper storage or charging practices
Damaged parts due to water/ weather.
8. Warranty Limitations
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
Warranty claims do not extend or reset the original warranty period.
We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once the refund is approved. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-10 business days. Please remember, that in rare occasions, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
