Bike Frame Requirements

Your frame must:

  • Have Quick Release / Bolt on dropouts so that the motor can be slotted in during installation. Any frame that uses a thru axle will not be compatible. 
  • Be a Large/XL Sized frame. Our batteries have a large capacity, meaning a larger physics size. Please check the dimensions of the battery that are displayed on each listing photo, to confirm that it will fit on your current frame. 
  • Not have rear suspension. Front suspension is fine but not rear! The rear shock will take up too much space in the frame for the battery. 
  • Be Disc-Brake compatible. All of our motor kits are supplied with standard, universal 6-bolt disc mounts. If your current frame uses a V-Brake (uses rim friction to stop), your frame is not suitable.

In the rare circumstance that your product is faulty on arrival, we have a 14-day Return Policy. Item must be returned in its original condition. Please double-check your basket to make sure you are ordering your required size as we cannot accept returns for this case.
